1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and engaging Akritti Advertising for printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. B2B Corporate Accounts & Billing

For approved corporate and agency clients, we offer monthly billing cycles. Invoices are generated at the end of each month and are payable within 15 to 30 days depending on the agreed-upon terms. Late payments may incur an interest fee of 1.5% per month.

3. Artwork & Proofing

• Clients are responsible for providing print-ready artwork (CMYK color mode, minimum 300 DPI, correct bleed margins).
• If digital proofing is requested, production will only begin after explicit written approval of the proof.
• Akritti Advertising is not responsible for spelling, grammar, or design errors in the client-provided artwork.

4. Color Matching & Consistency

While our presses are color-calibrated to industry standards, exact color matching (e.g., specific Pantone shades) cannot be guaranteed on digital prints unless a physical hard-copy proof is signed off by the client prior to mass production.

5. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Our "24/7 Production" and "Overnight Delivery" services are subject to machine availability and order size. While we meet our deadlines 99% of the time, delays caused by force majeure, sudden machine breakdowns, or extreme weather in Mumbai are beyond our control.

For white-label agency deliveries, we guarantee that no Akritti branding or invoices will be included in the packages delivered to your end-client.

6. Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA)

We respect the confidentiality of unreleased movie scripts, set designs, and marketing campaigns. Standard NDAs are in effect for all production house and agency projects.
