Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom Printed Products
Due to the customized nature of commercial printing, all sales are final. Once an order is approved and sent to production, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Defective or Damaged Prints
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing error (e.g., severe color banding, incorrect dimensions contrary to the approved proof), you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Please send an email to akrittiadvertising@gmail.com with your order details and clear photographs of the defect.
3. Resolution Process
Upon verification of the defect, Akritti Advertising will, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:
- Reprinting: We will reprint the defective items at no additional cost to you and deliver them with high priority.
- Partial or Full Refund: If reprinting is not possible within your deadline, we will process a refund to the original payment method.
4. Color Variations
Please note that colors viewed on a computer screen (RGB) may differ slightly from the final printed product (CMYK). Minor color variations are standard in the printing industry and do not qualify as a defect unless they drastically deviate from a signed hard-copy proof.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered the production phase. Once an order is in production, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. For bulk orders, any upfront deposits are non-refundable if the project is canceled post-approval.
